Took 30 mins to go again. Have not had a cluster since Jan this year that lasted a month. My "normal" pattern has been one a day about 1.30 in the morning lasting for about 2 1/2 weeks.

Was at work resting and had to get up for a wee and it started, Took immigran spray and it went away after 25 mins. so tempting to put the spray up the affected side but I learned long ago that it doesn't work well if the nare is blocked

first the shadow, thought it may have been postional as I was in bed reading, lay down and the realised an attack was coming, 50mg immagran never touched, it. Oxygen 15L via non rebreather mask, the pain was horrid so I was squeezing the bag and inhaling the oxygen as much as I could, over 14 mins the pain subsided so I went to lay down, it slowly came back again, in the end i fell asleep with exhaustion, I don't know how I drove home as the afterburn was really bad, I took 400mg nurofen for that and its still there but only a little now. Went to gp today and asked for immigran sprays as the tablets do not seem to be working now, the chmist is really goo and has organised for a all 5 repeats to be cahsed in as the sprays are no good to me sitting in a pharmacy, I need them at home. This is the same time as tyhe night before but I managed to abort that one. Last week they were 2/30 in the afternoon and seem to have been going on for weeks with the odd day off. I am conforted a bit that I will have the sprays to hand. I have asked for oxygen but I have to find out about it as he has never prescribed it before. Its the R) side of my head that is affected, they cloud my judgement which is a worry when I am at work and drving home afterwords
