Kind of lucky lately, shadows for about 6 months now and just the odd "why", time to start hitting the diary again. Living the dream

A month of night time hell, nearly every night, with shadows through the days.
Had a 1 or 2 day reprieve here and there, thinking my episodes were over for another year, WRONG.
Its been going on for nearly 5 weeks, so hopefully I only have a week or 3 to go.
I hate the attacks, I hate the anticipation of the attacks and I hate the shadows, all in all, I HATE THIS
PS Apart from being a cluster sufferer, life's good

I can handle the shadows all day, so long as the party times don't hit.
In saying that, would love to for them to finish as well.
Here's hoping I wont be back till 2012

Well this 1 pissed me off, I thought I was over a good easy 1 rated at a 3 earlier in the evening. Then I got smacked in the forehead 20 minutes later by a 4 x 2, passed out after about an hour, woke and put up with it till I passed out again. Woke at 5am the next day with shadows.

Well today was a first, never had an attack at work before, Went down at my desk, sweats, small knife to the forehead , droopy eye and didn't want to play any more.
Have to say my work colleagues did really well, they know I suffer and gave me a pretty wide berth for a while. Thanks team

OK I'm over the 6's, I want a 1 or a 2, but now that I have tempted fate I will get a 9, does anyone need to set the time on their watch, I'm like clockwork

A few nights with 6's seem's like a holiday, how cool. They are around, and I go down, but at least I can get back up, the consistent time frame is the worst, I start clock watching and can get it within 5 minutes of each other. Then I wonder if I'm just bringing them on by thinking about them ?

My own stupid fault this one, stopping at the pub and having 1 beer on the way home from work, seemed like a good idea at the time.
This time around has been a slow start, with generally low level attacks, I forgot what I'm probably in for, for a while. Today was a reminder I didn't need

What a way to wake up, or was that, be woken up.
I knew before I opened my eyes it wasn't going to be good, sweats started about 1 second later, and had completed their job about 30 seconds after that, I was drenched.
Straight into the old foetal position, both hands over my right eye, trying to push my forehead into the back of my head.
This is my first morning attack, WOW, I hate the build up of a daytime one, the dread of knowing what's coming, but to be smack in the middle instantly was something else.
I passed out after an hour, (I'm lucky like that) and woke at noon
