Strong shadow - enough to keep me awake. No meds 3 day break since last one...

Enough to wake me up, but didn't escalate. Handled with 30mg codeine and Tiger's balm to temple CH appear to be coming less frequently and less intensively. Not sure if its because of eradication of triggers or just a short bout (2+ weeks so far) Here's hoping, huh?

Not aborted with Sumatriptan inhaler. First miss with the inhaler Have eradicated alcohol (from experience) and chocolate (on spec) from diet for last four days Getting fewer and less painful CHs

Really long shadow - felt stuffed. Took more codeine, went to bed

Immediate onset. Strong shadow woke me up, by the time I had walked to kitchen was full-blown (only a small house too!!) Used new script of FDT. No relief after 20 minutes, went hill sprinting followed by walk. Came home took soluble codeine
