The Cluster Headache quiz

It turns out the quiz that was here was made by Daren Johnson of the American clusterheadaches.com. I didn't know this when it was requested to be here by one of our members, - here in the forum.

Daren doesn't want it shared with Australian sufferers who don't go to his American website, so I have removed it. One would think Darren doesn't genuinely care about clusterheadache sufferers, but rather his own profit from his site full of google ads, despite him saying "This site is NOT about money!!! It's about sharing, it's about learning, it's about knowing we are not alone."

He has enlisted laywers to ask that I remove this whole website, It suggests that Daren has a trademark on the word 'clusterheadaches'. He asked me to remove content from this site that was copied from his, but the content that he and his lawyers said needed to be removed was not copyrighted to him, but is public domain medical info from medical books.
