Not currently suffering :D
Hi everyone‚

I have just finished my cycle and am headache free.
I was just wondering if anyone in the cold states (SA or VIC) currently is in a CH cycle.
I find that I am generally pretty good in the winter.
Does anyone else find that the summer is worse than winter ?
I relate this to the fact that cold air helps with a headache‚

Hi David‚

To be honest I can't remember if my headaches are better in winter or summer so I'm not much help to you....they all bloody hurt!

Just wanted to say that I'm happy you're headache free again icon Enjoy !

Hi David.
As an Aussie living in Russia I have some experience with the cold air treatment smile‚ but I get attacks with about the same frequency. Maybe less particles in the air?

Hi everyone

I have been watching this site several times everyday and am assuming that the lack of activity is linked with the lack of people with CH at the moment. Of course this is only an assumption but it may fall inline with the cold weather ?????

The forum has actually been quieter than normal ever since around March or so. I assume it's because a lot of people are in remission‚ but it doesn't seem to be linked to winter.

Hi‚

Winter always tended to be my worst time. I usually had a break over spring and summer. Unfortunatly this has not happened for me. I have not had a break in the last six months‚ I am hoping this will change for spring though.
