Last week I had a visit from my attending physician. This is the second for this year and he advised me to try to use fewer medicines and try to improve overall body care.
First of all - to be in the fresh air more
Secondly - a diet (less overload your body with harmful food and consume foods that improve blood circulation)
In the third - to pay attention to simple fitness exercises. I wanted to give this moment the most attention. On the robot, I sit most of the time and the doctor advised me to do some kind of leg exercises like these and also do morning exercises.
After a week of this regimen, my bouts of pain went away. I would like to ask you advice - how do you try to care for your health and how does it affect your well-being?
