I Live in Perth and have been suffering CH for about 16 years now since late teens . I have noticed it usually occurred with a change in the weather e.g. low pressure systems . I only found out that I actually suffered from CH about 4 years ago when a friend at work suggest that , before I just believed that I had bad headaches or migraines .
I live a fit healthy lifestyle , don’t smoke only drink a few occasionally at parties eat healthy and heavily exercise 6 days a week . About 2 years ago at the end of a cycle I had found this site which was a great help and until recently I have been almost 2 years free (which has been the longest time free )
