It took me over a decade of chronic, 3x daily cluster headaches before I tried O2 therapy for the second time and began to experiment with different flow rates and masks.
Some people require high flow rates of 15LPM using a non-re-breathable mask. This did not work for me and as a result I dismissed O2 therapy as something which didn't work.
O2 does work. It has been proven to work in the vast majority of cases. Do your best to not only obtain O2 but to experiment with different masks and flow rates, under the care of a competent medical professional. Your hard work and pain, I believe, will pay off so much more than you could ever understand right now as you suffer. Just do it!
