Diagnosed after three years when I made an appointment with Neurologist about freezing my trigeminal nerve. Started left side, ten years later moved to right side (with a month or so with both!). Had a two week break about ten years ago but then back (left side).
Recently had a six month remission! Thought that may have been the end of the things - silly me.
I'm on Zomig 2.5 mg which normally stop an attack in about 30 minutes. They aren't (according to AstaZeneca) any use for clusters!
