Hi all
I'm mum to three boys - all grown up now and grandma to one. I live in regional Queensland and currently work in community health.
I've had episodic CH for around six years now, starting with one headache a day, and progressing to 6-7 headaches each day during the worst bouts. Lifestyle changes and vitamin / mineral supplements seem to have had a huge impact on my CH and I'm currently able to manage without medication.
