And again, 2 aspro clear and a hot washer, still not sure if the aspro is doing anything, the hot washer seams to give some relief, will try not taking an aspro next time and see if it lasts for more then 20 to 30 mins........ not looking forward to that

Thursday 03 March, 2011: 03:40pm - 04:10pm

this back to my old routine, around 3 in the morning and 3 in the arvo, 2 aspro clear again and tried a washer to the area soaked in hot water, it did help a bit but made it to hot, think i burnt around my eye a bit. Trying to think what i have changed in my life that is different to the last 6 years but nothing major comes to mind. Am married now and Sara has been away since i have been having them but she has been away before. Haven't told her about them in the hope they were just headaches, really don't want her to see me when i get a CH, don't want to put her through that.

Worse one yet, woke up with extreme pain behing the right eye, bought me to my knees in tears, had 2 aspro clear again, not sure if it is working, god it lasted half hour, paced up and down banging my head

Tuesday 01 March, 2011: 06:00pm - 06:15pm

And again, same as before came on so quick, as soon as i felt a twinge i got 2 aspro clear into me, was gone in 15 mins but fuck what a long 15 mins, i find that cold intensifies the pain, will try a heat pack next time, same with any light, i couldn't stand it, started pacing, found that when i layed down it felt worse...... fuck i hate this shit

Monday 28 February, 2011: 07:00pm - 07:35pm

Bloody hell, i had nearly forgotten how bad they get, came on so quick, felt a slight pain and within 2 or 3 mins it was so bad, bought me to tears, didnt take anything for it again to see what would happen, will be looking for something next time though. I can't believe they are back, will have to see the doc and see what drugs i can get.

pain behind the right eye, been 6 or so years since my last CH but i knew the pain straight away. Didn't take anything so i could see how bad it got, ended up being like a bad headache, slowly peaked for about 5 mins and slowly went away.
