Saturday 13 April, 2013: 02:30am - 03:30am

Above period: 5 Attacks over 5 days.

-- Period of remission (47 weeks, 2 days) --

Thursday 17 May, 2012: 01:30am - 03:00am

Quite bad this time. Been having the shadows pretty much constantly over the last few days.

Wednesday 16 May, 2012: 12:00pm - 02:00am

Just feeling a slight pressure behind my left eye, like a thumb lightly pushing it. I've been having the same shadows all through 15/05/2012. I've also been experience a "down" over the last few weeks, I'm wondering whether my depressive periods bring on the clusters....

Wednesday 16 May, 2012: 04:30am - 06:00am

Woke me up from sleep.

Tuesday 15 May, 2012: 04:30am - 06:00am

Woke in the midst of sleep to searing pain, attempted to just go back to sleep, eventually got up and had 3 nurofen fortes, and a big skull of water. I'm not sure whether the nurofen helped with the pain or just forced me to sleep. Been feeling the "shadows" of the headaches ever since.

Above period: 3 Attacks over 2 days.

-- Period of remission (48 weeks, 2 days) --

Saturday 11 June, 2011: 06:00pm - 12:00pm

The first day in 2 weeks I have not had a single headache. Have had slight shadows, but nothing worth complaining about. Enjoying my first glass of wine in a fortnight.

Friday 10 June, 2011: 08:30pm - 11:00pm

Major pain. Third headache for the day, but this one is unbearable. After the headache has finished I drank red bull to relieve the after pains and exhaustion.

Friday 10 June, 2011: 02:00pm - 04:00pm

Pain significantly subdued, I have had 2 250ml red bulls to help calm myself, and re-energise my system to continue with work.

Friday 10 June, 2011: 01:30pm - 02:00pm

Relatively short pain period. Still experiencing the shadows. Finding myself very sensitive to light.

Friday 10 June, 2011: 07:30am - 09:00am

Major pain, woke me from sleep after only 3 hours in bed. No treatment, dealt with pain until I drifter off back to sleep.

Wednesday 08 June, 2011: 07:40pm - 09:30pm

Took a dose of aspro-clear, 2 Nurofen. Had very little effect. Had to lie down in the dark, with no sound in the room, shifting every minute or so to try and change the blood flow in my head. At 9:30 the headache had subdued to a very steady ache, but manageable. At 10:30 I drank two large cans of red bull, which seemed to help subdue the rest of the headache after an hour or so, but that could have just been the headache naturally wearing off.

Wednesday 08 June, 2011: 08:30am - 10:00am

Headache woke me from my sleep. Attempted to get back to sleep, but pain kept me awake. Took 3 aspro-clear, 2 proven Plus. This medication helped slightly, Proven Plus seems to be the best over the counter pain-killer I have tried so far. Headache was still there, but subdued to a level 4. Spent an hour and a half tossing and turning in bed until it subdued enough for me to fall asleep. Woke again at 12:30pm with no sign of headache.

Tuesday 07 June, 2011: 08:00pm - 08:30pm

Felt an oncoming headache. I was heading out to a "writing session" in the recording studio, so got a coffee on the way there. The symptoms then dissapeared after a half hour or so. Caffeine seems to help.
