Woken again at 11.10pm - screamer - icepack, pacing, muttering, holding head - sat outside in the cold on the deck and it abated in around 15 minutes. Woken again at 1.10am - same pain threshold - icepack - sat outside in the cold moaning and holding my head, swearing and cursing. Woken again at 3.10am - screamer - icepack, sat outside totally exhausted, crying, cursing....finally fell back to bed at 3.30am and slept like a baby until the alarm went off at 6.30am for work.....not bloody happy! I'm at work at the moment and I cannot do this every night. In the past I have been a shiftworker so was better able to managed sleep. I'm now going to try a range of vitamins and minerals and melatonin, fish oils etc and see if I can get some relief that way. If not, I will get on the oxygen again and see if I can find a chemist that will make up some Ergodryl for me.
