Thursday 04 December, 2014: 01:00am - 01:20am

Woke again from sleeping. Disprin and back to sleep. At work today I went underground to the workshop to do some supervising. Felt with the heat 2 headaches starting. Again disprin to the rescue. Left the last one a bit late and paid for it. Still feeling a slight twinge all day.

Wednesday 03 December, 2014: 01:00am - 01:20am

Woke to the start of a headache. Had some disprin straight up. Wore off pretty quick and went back to sleep. Last 4 weeks was getting headaches between 10.00 pm and 1.30am. Seem to be getting them any time of the day now.

Tuesday 02 December, 2014: 04:00am - 12:00pm

Had to get up early to drive to Perth. I fifo from Perth. Didn't get much sleep that night and had a dull ache all day. Kept tacking disprin if any sign of getting worse. This is week 5 of headaches. I haven't had any for 2 years. Wondering what I did for those 2 years to stop these.

Monday 01 December, 2014: 03:00pm - 05:30pm

I went out for a dirt bike ride out at the track. I asked my partner Lara if she could come along and tack some photos. It was a hot day and with only a few laps left in me I decided to have a beer. I could feel a headache coming on when doing my last lap. I only had 2 disprins on me and by the time I got home my headache was in full flight. I had another 2 disprins and lay down. It got worse and as a last resort took my Imigran. I had my head under the shower, rubbing my head, sticking my knuckle in my temple. If Lara wasn't there I don't know what I would have done. When finished was drained and my head was scrambled.

Sunday 30 November, 2014: 06:30pm - 07:00pm

I went for a big push bike ride with my partner. About 2 k from home I felt it coming on. I have just found out in the last few days that disprin has been stopping my headaches. That is if taken at the early stages. I had enough time to get home, have my disprin and rest my head until ok. Got up and made dinner. No more for the rest of the night.
