Go away. No stay kind of attitude to my fiance. Projectile vomit and sobbing for an hour eased this one.
Must be more to life than this

No pain relief. Had to ride this one out. Had to take car for service. Courtesy lift to local shopping centre when it hit me. Almost vomited . Straight into one of those asian massage places. Got a migraine relief massage. $35 for 30 mins. It took the edge off. Wish i could have one every CH. But suffered until after midday when i got home for the ol trusty icepack. Was soo worn out after. Slept until 1430. And yep, woken up with another. Cold shower and sumatriptan tablet then off to the doctors for script repeat. Good for the rest of the day.. tonight we'll see :(

Came on very quick whilst showering. Was like id been hit behind the eye with a burning ice pick. Sumatriptan tablet. Ice pack. Air-conditioned dark room and in the weirdest position like im about to do a headstand.. the pressure and the icepack seem to numb an relieve well. As with the others, pain subsides fairly quick, but doesn't disappear completely for ages.

Woken up with yet another. One last night at around 7pm.. lasted 20mins.. icepack on forehead/top of head curled into a ball pushed up against bedhead. Last nights no medication. This morning, maxalt wafer. Went from a 9 to a 4 fairly quickly, but from a 4 to no pain felt like forever.

Very weird onset. Left ear started ringing then my face went numb. Could feel one start to form so i took a few nurofen plus tablets. Half hour after that, id pretty much forgotten i was about to get one... then snap. This one i was contemplating a trip to the hospital. No relief from ice pack. No position would help. Tried meditate hmm. Just lots of quiet sobbing and rocking back and forth on my head pushed up against the bed head and a maxalt wafer. Worst feeling ever. But, the feeling when you can feel it going away.. OMG . Was so energetic afterwards. Took the nephews to look at Christmas lights. (Yes i know, flashing bright lights and all that) but, the look on their faces seeing the displays is worth risking a CH.
