Hit a 4 as eye started watering, but went for walk. Still think drinking loads is reducing intensity but they keep trying to get me each day. This lingered as a 2 headache for the whole evening after.

Wednesday 17 February, 2016: 01:00pm - 01:30pm

Sunday 14 February, 2016: 02:30pm - 03:15pm

4

Had been doing sport, within 10 mins was up to a 4 bit only lasted few mins then hovered at 3 for while. Drinking more water is seemingly keeping the intensity down.

Saturday 13 February, 2016: 05:30pm - 06:30pm

4

The first 30 mins it was averaging a 2 and this time the water and breathing didn't stop it from hitting a. 4 just starting to make eye close and water. I went for walk and by end of it it was down to a little 1 just in the background.

Saturday 13 February, 2016: 12:00pm - 12:20pm

3

5 mins as 1, then 5mins as 2 and hit 3 for. A couple mins and went.mi was in. At at time so just did deep breathing and gulped down 600ml water.

Friday 12 February, 2016: 03:30pm - 03:50pm

2

Was a 1 but a peak of 2 for just few mins.
Drank heaps of water

Friday 12 February, 2016: 06:30am - 06:45am

1

Shadow again, so drank lots and it went.
May be coincidence as wrinkling water didn't help on previous occasions.

Thursday 11 February, 2016: 04:00pm - 04:10pm

1

Shadow and then left again.

Thursday 11 February, 2016: 07:00am - 07:15am

1

Shadows then it went.
Drank lots and deep breathing

Wednesday 10 February, 2016: 10:00am - 12:00pm

4

Tuesday 09 February, 2016: 11:30pm - 11:45pm

2

Woke up to a quick little burst of a 2. I just fell asleep again. First one that happened after bed I have had for years.

Tuesday 09 February, 2016: 07:45pm - 08:30pm

6

I had not had one all day and I was out in evening so hedged my bets and took 3 ibuprofen just in case one came. iT did half hour later and got to a 6 really fast but then went pretty fast as well. Just had a little level 1 headache for rest of evening but shorter than usual

Monday 08 February, 2016: 11:30am - 02:00pm

7

Ok now this one came on fast. I was at work but somehow walked about and found quiet room to go in and bang my head. It went on and on. Eyes stopped watering after hour half but the pain stayed all afternoon so it must have trurned into a tension headache. I don't normally take stuff but as it was headache I took 2 Panafon at 2pm which did little. Then took 2 ibuprofen at 8pm and went to bed, exhausted from 10 hours of headache

Sunday 07 February, 2016: 10:00am - 01:00pm

6

Lingering one that just wouldn't go away. Peaked at 6 within first hour and hovered at a 4/5 for another hour

Saturday 06 February, 2016: 03:00pm - 04:45pm

5

Eyes and nose issues again. Walking about.

Friday 05 February, 2016: 05:00pm - 06:00pm

Eyes and nose again. Went for walk in the last half hour just to keep moving.

Tuesday 02 February, 2016: 03:00pm - 03:15pm

1

Again it came to shadows and went.

Monday 01 February, 2016: 11:30am - 01:30pm

5

Eyes and nose again. Pacing.
Still not taking anything for them as nothing ever really worked before.

Friday 29 January, 2016: 04:30pm - 08:00pm

7

I spoke to soon. Few hours later get the worse one so far of this spell. Frantic pacing to cope. It stayed 7 for while and then dropped to 5 for a good hour and then 4 for another 2 hours.
This was a day when thunderstorms were thick and constant and air was heavy. A factor. Not sure. I ended up taking 3 ibuprofen by 8pm and it lessened the post CH pain . Went to end with a 3 but slept through

Friday 29 January, 2016: 01:00pm - 01:15pm

1

Shadows came and then it went. I did drink lots of water as read once that this had helped.

Thursday 28 January, 2016: 01:00pm - 01:45pm

2

Happy to have a 2 for a change, pretty quick one

Wednesday 27 January, 2016: 10:00am - 12:00pm

6

Another eye and nose one. Gets to a 6 within 30mins and stays for 15/20 before going to 5 for next half hour and then 4 for half hour. Thick head for the rest of afternoon but nothing too serious

Tuesday 26 January, 2016: 12:00pm - 01:00pm

3

Shorter one. Just carried on and did heavy breathing as it can sometimes help.

Monday 25 January, 2016: 10:00am - 12:30pm

4

A longer one than normal but hits a 4 for a bit and stays at 3 for good hour or so.

Sunday 24 January, 2016: 04:00pm - 05:30pm

6

Bad one. Right eye closes, goes red, watering. Right nostril drips. Reaches crescendo and pulses at the level 5/6 for while then slowly fades, but thick head feeling rest of evening

Saturday 23 January, 2016: 06:00pm - 06:15pm

1

The familiar shadow came and I braced myself but then it just went!! Made me think of what I had done to make it go but nothing different

Saturday 23 January, 2016: 07:00am - 08:15am

4

went for walk with it just to keep moving

No medication

Tuesday 19 January, 2016: 07:00pm - 08:00pm

4

My first one since 2012 but something had been bubbling the week before with a few little level 1s that I probably hoped were not what I thought they were.
