Thursday 21 April, 2016: 11:00am - 11:35am

It came back after all, I think the lack of sleep or the change of sleep pattern definitely triggered it. I was having strong shadows until it just suddenly hit me around 11:15AM. I was in the car, and the bumpy road made it even more painful. My hands and feet and eventually half of my face was left in pins and needles, numb. I don't know why this happened, perhaps blood was all racing to the arteries in my brain? I'm writing this at 11:15PM now, I've been getting strong shadows the whole day, I would say it's like a 4, but I'm trying to ignore it, I really really hope it won't go to a 9 again, perhaps with good sleep tonight it will make it go away.

Thursday 21 April, 2016: 09:00am - 09:15am

I woke up early to get ready for a trip today, feeling groggy and tired, it seemed has also triggered the CH. I can feel it escalating, lets hope it don't get worse, I don't have portable oxygen to take with me.

**changing in sleep patterns can trigger CH**

Went from a 4 to a 6 as I hooked up the oxygen to my face, it always happens like this, it seems oxygen accelerate the attack, but soon after it dies quickly. I left it on for 10min longer to prevent rebound attacks.

Here goes nothing on my trip, I will be away for a couple of days, no xoygen. Wish me luck!

Thursday 21 April, 2016: 07:15am - 07:35am

Starting to feel it again today...

Wednesday 20 April, 2016: 10:25am - 10:25am

Enough to make me know that I still have it, but not enough to bother me at all. If I focus somewhere else I probably won't even notice it. Maybe it's time for remission. Hopefully the next cluster don't come back till September like last year, or even better, hopefully it won't come back forever!

Tuesday 19 April, 2016: 10:30am - 10:30am

Woke up with some stronger shadows, but it disappeared quickly, only returned at 12:35PM but very slightly.

Monday 18 April, 2016: 11:30am - 11:30am

Just woke up earlier, had 3 short and weak attacks since around 5AM, they're weak enough I could fall asleep in. I'm getting shadows now, around a 2.

Sunday 17 April, 2016: 04:15pm - 04:30pm

Feeling it more and more now, hopefully won't escalate.

Sunday 17 April, 2016: 11:15am - 11:45am

This morning was another strange one, no attacks, woke up feeling wonderful. I went to the loo around 6AM as well with no attacks that followed.

At around 11:15AM I felt shadows, getting stronger to maybe around a 3, it didn't feel like it was going to escalate but I wanted to be safe and went on the oxygen, I feel the oxygen escalated the pain, especially as the cold gas travels through my nose it causes a sharp pain radiating to the surrounding, it went to a 5 very quickly. It stopped hurting around 11:35, I stayed on the oxygen for another 10 minutes to prevent rebound headache.

Saturday 16 April, 2016: 05:00am - 05:00am

It's amazing, I woke up 3 times to use the loo, knowing when I head back to bed I will definitely get an attack, but I just slept on.

It's 11:33 now, I woke up feeling energized and with a lot of positive vibe, I do get the occasional level 1 shadows, but nothing that bothers me, I think the psychological side of things are more negative right now, like the fear of it coming back etc.

As I am typing this, I do feel the shadows lasting longer, unlike when I woke up, it wasn't there at all. Perhaps I'm nearing the end of my cluster?

11:42PM - I've had shadows every now and then the whole day, but never escalated to anything above a 3. It got worse closer to the end of the day. I don't understand why I never got any attacks today, I'm glad but I hope this isn't the calm before the storm...

The only things I did last night that I didn't do the other nights was that I didn't take my supplements and I had Halal Snack Pack.

Let's hope tomorrow is another day of no attacks.

Friday 15 April, 2016: 10:20am - 10:45am

Oxygen Therapy used as soon as I felt it coming, it escalated after I put the oxygen mask on like last time, but this time the pain was gone quicker and also the duration wasn't that long. I made sure to stay on 10min after the pain subsided in case of a rebound attack.

Not sure if it is the oxygen therapy that caused it but I got stronger shadows for the rest of the day, random sprouts of pain although never escalates.

Close to 9:00PM I'm getting random shots of pain from my neck shooting upwards towards the back of my skull (this is on the same side with the cluster headache), I'm not sure if this is also a CH symptom but it's really annoying and frustrating. I'm feeling tired and energetic throughout the whole day.

Friday 15 April, 2016: 08:30am - 09:00am

Oxygen therapy used, wasn't as effective this time, perhaps it's due to I only got on it when I was suffering about a 4-5. Funny thing is, it quickly escalated as soon as I got on oxygen, perhaps the cold air irritated me more.

Friday 15 April, 2016: 07:45am - 08:00am

Oxygen Therapy used, successfully aborted the attack. But shadows follows.

Thursday 14 April, 2016: 09:00am - 09:30am

Quiet severe.

With shadows between the intensity of 1-4 throughout the day.

Thursday 14 April, 2016: 05:45am - 07:00am

3 Consecutive Attacks.

Wednesday 13 April, 2016: 05:50am - 07:00am

Severe pain, 4 attacks consecutively. I woke up to use to loo, but I couldn't fall asleep, as I was waiting to fall asleep, I felt the shadow approaching, I knew something was up and then it hit me, it died down after awhile, but only to kick back in strength again, it did this 4 times.

Tuesday 12 April, 2016: 02:30pm - 02:40pm

Why me? This one went away fairly quickly, around 8 minutes. It's 5:23PM now, I feel tired and unproductive, no energy what's so ever, can CH pain really exhaust someone that much?

Tuesday 12 April, 2016: 12:15pm - 12:45pm

Worst one yet, my hands were both having pins and needles for odd reasons. I tried to use an ice pack on the side of my head but I think it only escalated the pain. I am sweating and in pain. I felt cold afterwards which was strange, like I was having a flu but no temperature was detected.

Tuesday 12 April, 2016: 10:15am - 10:40am

Yep, it begins.

Tuesday 12 April, 2016: 09:00am - 09:10am

Looks like it begins...

Monday 11 April, 2016: 11:30pm - 12:00am

I really hope this wont esculate, and it didn't, but I fear going to bed later as it probably will return. I had CH last year in April as well. Please please don't return this year...

Monday 11 April, 2016: 10:10am - 10:30am

Three Attacks in the morning, after each time I fell asleep. It return twice, the last time resulting me wanting to not sleep anymore.

Above period: 20 Attacks over 11 days.
