Terrible. I've been having shadows for a little while now, on this partiulcar day i woke up to a major CH that made me throw up. I used to do that when i was bit younger and it suprised me that i did it again now. Had no O2 so took nerofen and black coffee and lots of it. First proper attack in months, it was like seeing an old friend that you hate.
