didn't sleep after the episode and waiting for the return got to sleep at about 3:00 am and then it hit woke me out of sleep and onto the floor. ice packs and 4 ibuprofen and wrap my head in ice bags. went to the lounge so as not to wake anyone else. they heard me crying and came out anyway. don't like my kids seeing me like this. I even bought a tide clock to see i f there was any corresponding episodes to the tide but no it doesn't matter. rule that one out.

no ryhme or reason, i have been without a headache for two weeks. then had fiends over for dinner. Just after main and i get the stab in the right eye. i tried to stay in the conversation. A friend who is a massage therapist tried to massage it away. i let him try but i knew it would do no good. within 15 minutes. i had to excuse myself and go lie down in the room and put the pillow over my face because i knew the pain was to get worse. they went home, i didnt sleep. got little bits. i tried to get up and take more tablets, but the pounding of the blood in my head and i was on the floor. more tablets, more ice packs. they seem to reduce it and i get an hours sleep then the pain killers wear off time to get back into bed its coming again. i had too many tablets so i shouldnt take anymore. I heard you can have 8 panadol so i took then then some more. plus cafegot. plus anything else I could lay my hands on. At themomnet i know i should not have talen that many but at that time i just dont care.

I will try the water treatment. doing it now to see if it will at least reduce the cycle. my cycles are 10 to 12 hours lasting usually 1 to 5 hours. then i get bigger ones.
